**Role and Responsibility**
- Build up a new Singapore client portfolio who are interested in conducting business in China
- Help client to evaluate opportunities and build a business case backed by solid research & data which satisfy with clients’ risk appetite and ROI hurdle
- Build up healthy relationship with relevant industry associations
- Lead the team to prepare reports, presentations and business case papers
- Manage projects and engagements to ensure timely submission of deliverables for clients
- Extensive travel between Singapore and China may be required
**Key Requirements/ Experience**
- 10+ years of relevant experience in China’s real estate industry, with successful development and management track record in residential/ commercial/ logistics/ education projects
- 5+ years of managerial experience is desirable
- Familiar with real estate regulatory framework in China
- Familiar with cross border investment regulatory framework between China and Singapore
- Well-developed management, negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with long-term clients
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin are essential to communicate with local authorities and potential clients
- Master’s Degree in marketing, business management or estate management is preferred
