**Job Description**:
More than 380 That’s the number of associates in our Singapore Large Molecules division to support the making of medicines for our patients worldwide.
This role of Expert Engineering for Electrical & Instrument is responsible for ensuring overall plant electrical & instrument (E&I) is in a state of availability, reliability, safety, quality and cGMP state for manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute and maintain the Asset Life Cycle Management (ALCM) Strategy elements per roadmap
- Determine criticality and maintenance strategy (maintenance plans, task lists and spare parts management) and optimized E&I maintenance task by managing ownership of CMX system & SRA studies on equipment
- Provide guidance to resolve challenging issues relating to modifications of current processes and systems in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coaching others to ensure effective troubleshooting and rectifications of E&I problems to complete corrective maintenance safely and timely within cGMP environment
- Manage and lead E&I team consisting of junior E&I engineer, E&I technician and external contract services to ensure effective day to day operations
- Ensure effective resource management of budget on E&I contract services, manpower supply, re-pair & maintenance submission
- Lead and implement fast track project to help/support other functions as required with strict adherence to cGMP, documentation requirements and SOP
- Act as SME (Subject Matter Experts) to train and guide site personnel in more than one discipline or leading investigations whenever required. Initiate and supervise continuous improvement of systems and practices on site with respect to achieve compliance, reducing waste and improving efficiencies.

Minimum requirements
- Minimum BS in Engineering is required, preferably in Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation
- Minimum 8 years of Biotech experience and around 10 years for Diploma holders, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Design, Project and/or cGMP experience including 5 years of people managers experience is required
- Experience with regulatory inspections
- Strong hands on experience in electrical & instrument (E&I) of production equipment and leading teams
- Experienced in people management; strong organizational and supervisory skills
