Florist Stylist

This role typically involves 3 days of work per event (2 days for preparation and 1 day for event setup for weekend event).

**Key Responsibilities:
**Flower Preparation and Arrangement**:
1) Assist in the preparation of flowers by cleaning, trimming, and conditioning them for use in arrangements.
2) Work under the guidance of the Project Manager to create floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorative pieces.
3) Ensure that all floral designs meet quality standards and client specifications.

**Event Setup and Installation**:
1) Assist in the setup and installation of floral arrangements at event venues, including weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
2) Transport floral arrangements to event locations safely and ensure they are set up according to design plans and timelines.
3) Collaborate with event coordinators and venue staff to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of floral installations.

**Maintaining Work Area and Equipment**:
1) Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
2) Properly care for and maintain floral equipment, tools, and supplies to prolong their lifespan and ensure optimal performance.

**Team Collaboration**:
1) Work collaboratively with the floral team to support the overall success of projects and events.
2) Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, share information, and address any issues or concerns.

**Qualifications**:
1) Previous experience in floral design, flower arranging, or related field preferred.
2) Knowledge of basic floral design techniques and principles.
3) Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
4) Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including buckets of water and floral arrangements.
5) Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6) Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7) Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for the floral industry.
8) Availability on weekends.
