**Your role**

**Your team**
- As the business analyst for the SOW Uplift Program, you will:

- Assist in analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Gather requirements through interviews, observations, and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- Support and maintain process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work with SOW Program team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Participate in the testing, rollout, and monitoring of process improvements and system changes.

**Your expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis, operations, or process improvement role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Visio, or project management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with KYC and CLM process and toolset, workflow systems, and CAWB is an advantage
