**The Role**
This is a hands on role responsible for all Corp Secretarial and internal control compliance for SEA legal entities and coordinate quarterly SEC reporting. The role is required to have a close partnership with other finance teams, internal key business partners as well as external legal agents. In addition, the role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate monthly / quarterly B/S review/ SOX control review with all SEA + HK/TW + KR/JP entities
- Set up meeting and meeting minutes/follow up
- Review SEC Quarterly Reporting Pack for SEA + HK/TW + KR/JP entities and ensure timely submission to Corp (per corporate deadlines)
- Coordinate with Corp Sec. in each country for changes in director/bank signatories and any other matters that require board resolution
- Review all AJE and reconciliation of SAP to HFM for all audited FS, before sending to the board for signatures
- Focal contact for HSBC and Corp Treasury (relating to change of signatories and HSBC access)
- Review & update segregation of duty for SAP / HFM / ERP system
- Review annual budget plan and forecast
- Bank authoriser for 3rd party vendor payment
- Handle audit and local tax SEA + HK/TW + KR/JP countries as assigned
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required as well as UAT, validation
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/compliance
- Able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
- SAP knowledge preferable, with good experience in accounting software
- Hyperion knowledge preferable
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective coordination and communication
