Roles & Responsibilities
- Report to Co-founders' office.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs in sales, marketing and all other departments of the business.
- Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Dashboard and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights
- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to extract and display data for the co-founders to make decisions.
- Work closely with the Data team
- Provide insights to help various departments drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
- Prepare presentation slides for stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Strong competencies of using Business intelligence tools such as Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI
- Thorough understanding of metrics in a tech SaaS business
- Familiar with financial metrics
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
- Humility and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years' experience in a related position
- Bachelors’ in Business, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics or a related degree with a substantial quantitative component
