**We will count on you to**:

- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow up on correspondences as well as deliver exceptional service to clients
- Negotiate with insurers for coverage / pricing / placement to the satisfaction of clients
- Keep abreast of changing market conditions and share information with clients where appropriate
- Actively contribute and work with team in client retention / servicing of clients and business growth
- Support by managing day-to-day aspects on designated accounts and conducting account management tasks which includes completing billing transactional work, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising with internal senior professionals and business accounts, as well as representing the business to ensure overall satisfaction and compliance
- Manage account concerns or issues encountered and successfully address small and/or complex problems in a timely manner
- Adhere to Marsh Professional Standards and Marsh Excellence protocols

**What you need to have**:

- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in insurance broking or insurance industry (non-life)
- Certifications such as CGI, or other equivalent relevant qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
