**About the Role**

As a **Advanced Agent - **Private Equity Due Diligence**, you will work with a team of experts to ensure that data used in due diligence is accurate, detailed, and decision-ready. You will assist in creating, refining, and delivering data that informs high-stakes investment decisions in private equity, collaborating with top-tier professionals to meet stringent quality standards.

This role involves **researching, analyzing, and annotating complex company and market data** to provide unparalleled support for our clients' due diligence processes.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Train and Prepare Data**
- Gather and annotate information on companies, markets, and M&A activity.
- Create high-quality datasets, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders.
- **Evaluate Data Quality**
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to refine methodologies and identify inconsistencies.
- **Test and Improve Processes**
- Actively seek out gaps in data, processes, or systems and recommend solutions.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**
- Leverage tools and sources like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and company websites to ensure high-quality deliverables.
