1. General Web Application Support.

2. In-house Applications Support

3. Onsite maintenance of Intranet Server (staging and production Virtual Machine (VM).

4. Development of Procurement System.

The Software Support Executive should have more than 3 years of working experience in a similar role or on similar projects, with responsibilities aligning with the Scope of Work

Web Portal

1.1 Manage
- Staff Pupil Interaction (SPI)
- Helpdesk
- Facility Booking
- Travel Declaration
- Partners’ Management
- Incident Report
- Mobile Device Booking

1.2 Manage 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Staff

1.3 Manage Single-Sign-On system for various in-house online systems

2. Student Information Management System (SIMS)

2.1 Manage and maintain the following modules in SIMS:
Student Profile and Contact Information
- Result Management with Marks Entry system
- Teachers and Staff users and Role management
- CCA and Curriculum Assessment
- Grading System
- School Graduation Certificate
- VIA and Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Data Management
- Students’ Registration
- NorthLight Academy Students Information Management System (NLS SIMS)
- CCA Attendance System
- Student Data Analysis
- Student Learning Needs Support

3. Staff Training Application Request (STAR) System

3.1 Manage Staff Training Applications System

3.2 Manage Single -Sign-On system for various in-house online system

4. Case Management System (CMS)

4.1 Managing Case Management Student Record

5 Roles of Application Development

5.1 Maintain the administration portal, web hosting, and other online systems

5.2 Develop new modules/web services/customisation and update existing modules as required by the School

Onsite maintenance of Intranet Server (staging and pro-duction Virtual Machine (VM)) Software which comprise the following:
6.1 Updates and general maintenance of the VM’s Operat-ing System, Web Server, Firewall Software, Control Panel, Antivirus, SSL Certificates for websites (exclud-ing hardware maintenance)

6.2 Updating VM’s Linux Operating System

6.4 Debug and fix any PHP script errors

7. General Web Application Support (School website maintenance)

7.1. General support for the School public website on the Isomer platform

7.2. Managed and maintained the School’s public website.

8. Resource Booking System

8.1. Maintain existing booking system

8.2. Manage user access

9. Development of Procurement System

9.1. Develop a new Online Procurement System.

9.2. Target completion date to be the end of March 2025

9.3. Integrate the Online Procurement System Single Sign-On with NLS Portal

10. Others:

10.4 Provide ad hoc services if required

**Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science and Applications or equivalent
- Good ICT technical knowledge
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Web Programming
- Familiarity with school environment and MOE Information Communication Technologies (ICT) initiatives would be an advantage
- The Software Support Executive should have more than 3 years of working experience in a similar role or on similar projects, with responsibilities aligning with the Scope of Work

**Technical Competencies**
- Excellent Object Oriented Programs (OOPS) and Web Services
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, planning and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task; work independently and as a team.
- Preferred technologies skill: PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Angular, CodeIgniter, Web Services, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Current Development of Procurement System using Django 5.1 (with Python 3.12) and Angular 18.
- Familiar with Server Hosting and Maintenance
- Knowledge of Linux OS
