**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of market entry strategies, including maintaining market trackers, assessments, and internal planning tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with counterparties and help identify, structure, and execute buy/sell opportunities (spot and term), under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute in originating and marketing the relevant commodities.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting the P&L of physical trades, and in preparing internal commercial performance reports.
- Work closely with the risk management team to monitor exposures and build foundational knowledge of hedging strategies.
- Collaborate with adjacent trading desks (e.g., Aromatics, Olefins, Lights) to share market insights and explore cross-product opportunities.

**Skills / Experience**:

- 4-6 years of relevant commercial experience in the Asian petrochemical industry, with exposure to at least one of the targeted commodity lines.
- Working knowledge of bulk chemical logistics, including handling of ISO tanks, drums, and packaged cargoes.
- Demonstrated commercial network and industry contacts that can support origination and market development.
- Genuine interest in trading, origination, and commercial execution, with a growth mindset toward future senior responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear, effective communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals across the organization.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- The role requires communication with counterparties from various Asian countries. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an Asian language (especially Korean) will be an added advantage.
