The main areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to:

- Oversee the and manage your team in your area to ensure sites are run to a high standard and efficiently
- Engage with park management and with the SG General Manager, to ensure any potential areas for business development are actively pursued.
- Ensure sites comply with all Health & Safety, Employment law and Operating compliance requirements.
- Ensure that cash collections are carried out accurately, securely and in line with agreed procedure with the Park.
- Manage and control the stock on site.
- Recruitment and Manpower management of your team.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the General Manager and to work in other areas of the operation, where necessary.
- Maintain a close liaison at all times with your management team, communicating company information and updates in procedure as and when required. Ensure any unresolved problems are dealt with satisfactorily.
- Day to day operation of our pay as you go games unit, upselling our games to customers
- Visual merchandising of our stock
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Responsible for the overall tidiness of the game units
- Management of a small float and paperwork in support of the float
- Explanation of the rules of the game to our customers
- Work within the company's Health & Safety policy.
- Inform your line manager of any irregularities or issues
- Replace stock as it runs low.
- Take part in any stock checks as required.
