**Key Responsibilities**

1. Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Oversee after-sales service processes, including complaint resolution, follow-ups, and feedback collection to maintain brand loyalty.

2. Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate the delivery of furniture products, liaising with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient dispatch.
- Monitor delivery schedules and address any disruptions to meet customer expectations.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage stock replenishment processes, including identifying low-stock items and coordinating procurement to avoid supply gaps.

4. Furniture Installation & Technical Support
- Provide guidance on furniture installation procedures, ensuring teams and customers understand assembly requirements.
- Troubleshoot installation-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them.

5. Operational Efficiency
- Assist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse, delivery, and customer service workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce operational bottlenecks.

6. Team Supervision & Training
- Supervise delivery team and frontline sales team, providing training and performance feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Support the General Manager in budget planning, resource allocation, and strategic goal execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- O level / Diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management (furniture industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of furniture installation processes and after-sales service protocols.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
