**Assayer / Lab Assistant**
Basic: SGD 2600 - SGD 2800
Working Hour: 5 Days
*8AM - 5PM / 12PM - 9PM
Location: Jurong

**Responsibility**:

- Perform tasks in support of all activities related to Evaluation Platform.
- Perform quantitative analyses on precious metals following standard work procedures (I.e. Fire Assay, ICP-AES/-MS, XRF, Atomic Absorption, Spark AES/Ablation and other instruments)
- Pass LBMA certification requirements.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory equipment at its best conditions.
- Maintain good records and accounting of precious metals(samples and standards) used in RE Laboratory
- Work closely with laboratory managers in Switzerland/ Hong Kong/ USA to secure the best possible solutions for Singapore.
- Promote and implement workplace safety initiatives.
- Promote and implement quality system management initiatives.
- Participate in activities aiming at continuous improvement in RE laboratory
- Work inside high security area with metal-free policy in effect at all time

**Requirement**:

- Min ITE (Diploma in Chemistry preferred)
- Min 2 years work experience in assay laboratory for precious metals evaluation
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and metal-free environment
- Knowledge in safe handling of industrial chemicals.
