**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and consultants.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolutions.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Proactively identify and assess potential project risks and issues.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize or mitigate project risks.
- Monitor and track project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Management**:

- Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Define and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Create and maintain quality project documentation.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- **Budget and Cost Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking and forecasting project expenses.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Establish, manage relationships with external vendors, third parties and consultants.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee vendor performance and deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget and scope.
- Proven experience of managing a team.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC.
- Experience with various project management tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented for ensuring projects progress efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid PMP certification is preferred.

**Additional Skills (depending on specific needs)**:

- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with business process improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
