Singapore SHINHWA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

(a) Assist to manage all site activities for all Civil, Structural and Architectural works.

(b) Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in

quality and efficiency manner.

(c) Attending site meetings

(d) Expedites project close-out requirements including municipal sign offs, as-built drawings, site measurements, final project photos and completion reports.

(e) Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and staffs.

(f) Ensure all parties on site including sub-contractors and any specialist suppliers

adhere and comply to WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures.

(g) Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to internal division.

(h) Providing reports and activity updates to management.

(i) Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
