The job scope will include:

- Find out and understand the needs of patients and recommend suitable treatment plans and products for them without sounding pushy
- Meet and greet patients when they arrive and ensure their needs are met
- Manage and registration of patients
- Manage billing, invoicing, and checking out of patients
- Handle simple reconciliation and bookkeeping in case the nurse manager is not around
- Do stock take at the end of every week
- Perform basic housekeeping
- When required, assist the doctor in administering treatments to patients
- When required, prepare the patients for treatment and/or review when they arrive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month
