**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the management team to craft strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- **Content Creation & Brand Storytelling**: Develop compelling content that reflects our brand’s voice and French culinary heritage. This includes creating and curating engaging text, images, and video content for various marketing channels.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee our social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Plan and execute regular posts, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies.
- **Marketing Collaterals**: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, menus, newsletters, and promotional flyers. Ensure all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate our offerings and values.
- **Events and Promotions**: Plan and execute marketing events and promotions in coordination with the operations team. This may include tastings, cultural events, holiday promotions, and collaborations with local businesses.
- **Vendor Relations**:Work with external vendors and agencies for the production of marketing materials and the execution of campaigns. Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in all outsourced activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing is advantageous, but we are open to individuals who are passionate about marketing and demonstrate a strong drive to learn and grow in this field. We value curiosity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
- Creative flair for design and branding, experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French is advantageous.
