As an Associate in the Management Consulting team at Forvis Mazars, you will be an integral part of our dynamic management consulting team. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business success. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant work experience who are eager to develop their consulting skills in a challenging and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement & Support
- Participate actively in client meetings, capturing key discussion points, preparing detailed meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Contribute to the development of client presentations, reports, and proposals.

Project Management
- Support the planning and execution of management consulting projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues to seniors as needed.

Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for clients.
- Analyze financial, and strategic data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of benchmarking reports and competitive analysis.

Solution Development
- Work collaboratively with seniors to develop and refine consulting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help generate innovative ideas for business improvement.
- Assist in the development of models and frameworks to support decision-making processes.

Internal Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, or business analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- High level of professionalism and a client-focused mindset.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
