**Description**:

- Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts.
- Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final account
- Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary
- Involved in tendering exercise right up to completion to select bidders, preparation of tender documents and tender submission as well as contract award.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities
- Team player and able to work independent with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools, involves in sourcing and purchasing, billing etc
- Must be familiar with Glodon, Form of Contract (Redas, SIA, and/or PSSCOC) and SOP Act
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management and external vendors will be an added advantage.
