Job Description: Management Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the operations of the alcohol wholesale business.
- Assist in managing inventory, orders, and shipments of alcohol products.
- Work closely with the accountant to submit monthly management accounts.
- Gain knowledge of pricing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service in the alcohol industry.
- Participate in hands on training & events to enhance product knowledge and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma in accounting business administration, marketing, logistics, or related field.
- Interest in the alcohol industry and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,888.97 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
