Key Responsibilities
- Support Asia Regional Finance manager to upload planning financials into system, for quarterly projection, annual budgeting and annual long range planning
- Work with Asia finance manager on monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly business review deck preparation.
- Work with International FP&A team to improve FP&A process efficiency and standardize reporting across international region
- Support Asia Regional Finance director on ad-hoc work needed
- Work with accounting & controllership team to get the accounting transactional details for variance analysis and any necessary adjustment needed in accounting book.

Required Experience and Qualification
- Minimum 5 years finance working experience with min 2 years in FP&A, good with system, especially SAP, BPC and SACP.
- Highly proficient with excel, Power BI, and experience in SACP/BPC/SAP is advantaged.
- Collaborative, problem solving-oriented, self-driven and independent, with strong sense of ownership
- Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines, detailed and meticulous
- Knowledge in US GAAP is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy or finance is a preferred
