**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Retail Executive for the operations of the retail and providing customer service for our business.- **5 Days (9.00am to 6.00pm) including weekends and PH**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Attending to customers, providing production information/services to walk-in customers (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Handling the Retail POS and inventory management
- Managing retail displays, ensuring products are stocked up, product prices are updated and displayed & cleanliness of the retail store
- Taking charge of online order fulfilments daily
- Assisting on any operational ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in any field or other qualifying criteria may be considered
- Knowledge of retail sales processes & inventory stocking procedures is a bonus
- Basic MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role preferred
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply, preferably with good personality and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Self-motivated and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Handling live seafood products
- Must be able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays
