Our client is actively searching for a **Manager, Internal Audit **to join their team

You will be part of the Internal Audit (IA) team responsible for the provision of independent and objective assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the risk management, governance, and internal controls. You will also be involved in driving the digital transformation of the audit function.

**The responsibilities of this role are**:

- Support the Director, Internal Audit in the execution and delivery of the audits/ projects
- End-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of inhouse and outsourced audit projects and other reviews to strengthen the governance and value-add to the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide practical recommendations
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects or special reviews, which may include investigation, due diligence and advisory
- Support the division in the reporting to the Audit Committee
- Contribute to the improvement of Internal Audit’s processes, methodologies, and capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, integrate, and implement a data-driven risk assessment and audit function.
- A recognised degree or related qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experiences e.g., internal audit, external audit, risk management, IT audits, etc.
- Good knowledge in the principles of governance, risk management and controls
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Keen to explore and use data analytics tools and technologies to improve the delivery and values from audit
- Self-driven and good critical thinking skills
- Good team-player with continuous learning attitude, and able to work independently
