Accountable for overall Informatica Support delivery for Company project.
- Manage and Drive all the client meetings independently.
- Provide regular and proactive status reports to Client on Informatica tickets.
- Work with Junior resource in the team and ensure all Informatica support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality.
- Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Informatica Vendor and Infrastructure teams to resolve the issues.
- Manage and guide junior resources.
- Maintain Runbooks /Standard operating guides and manuals.

**Requirements**:

- Informatica Power Center and Designer Tools Server Admin Support.
- Unix/Linux Informatica Upgrade Support (Good to have).
- Good Attitude and Communications.
- Team Management.
- Tableau knowledge (Good to Have).
