About the Project

The Alliance Messaging Hub (AMH) is a modular, high-throughput financial messaging solution from SWIFT, designed to manage messages and files across various formats in parallel. Its modular architecture allows for complex integration and customization to meet specific needs, enhancing operational agility and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Desing and develop (configure) workflows and other setup in AMH according to the requirements provided by various entities in the Banking Group.
- Perform and document SIT for the developments done on AMH.
- Support UAT on AMH, carry out investigations on issues reported and provide effective fixes.
- Support and/or perform other tests when necessary. This includes, but not limited to, Stress Test, System Performance Test, Application Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test, Disaster Recovery (DR) Test, Mock Runs, etc.
- Knowledge transfer for the details the developments, setup, issue resolutions, system support information, etc.
- Any relevant tasks, which may present from time to time, related to the AMH project

Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Good knowledge about AMH and extensive experiences to configure, set up, troubleshoot and support AMH are mandatory.
- Knowledge about SWIFT Alliance Access (especially in the areas of routing rules, interfaces, etc.)
- Good knowledge about SWIFT is preferred.
- Work well with project team members, operation users and other support personnel to ensure the design and outcomes of the development meet the requirements and expectations.
- Analytical skill to analyse user requirements, investigate issues and propose resolutions to resolve the issues effectively.
- Handle stress and delivery high quality outcomes meeting the agreed timeline.
