**Reporting To**:Technical Supervisor / After-Sales Service Manager

**主要职责 | Key Responsibilities**:

- **家电安装与调试 Installation & Setup**
上门安装冷气机、洗衣机、冰箱、热水器等家用电器
进行设备测试，确保正常运行，并向客户说明使用方法
Install household appliances such as air-conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and water heaters
Perform functional tests and provide basic operation guidance to customers
- **故障排查与维修 Troubleshooting & Repair**
根据客户报修情况，判断并维修故障电器
更换损坏零件，确保维修质量达到公司标准
Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs on faulty appliances
Replace defective parts and ensure service quality
- **定期保养服务 Routine Maintenance**
执行定期空调清洗、保养服务
为客户提供电器保养建议
Carry out scheduled aircon cleaning and maintenance
Advise customers on proper care and maintenance of appliances
- **客户沟通与服务 Customer Communication & Service**
与客户保持良好沟通，说明维修情况和费用
收集客户反馈，处理售后问题
Maintain clear communication with customers on job progress and pricing
Handle after-sales service and collect feedback
- **记录与报告 Documentation & Reporting**
准确填写服务单、使用零件记录和费用单据
每日向主管汇报工作进度
Accurately complete service reports, part usage logs, and invoices
Provide daily updates to supervisor

**职位要求 | Job Requirements**:

- 拥有家电维修相关经验优先
Prior experience in appliance repair is preferred
- 能独立工作，具备良好问题解决能力
Able to work independently with strong troubleshooting skills
- 有责任心、勤劳肯干，工作态度认真
Responsible, hardworking, and service-oriented
- 能以英语或华语沟通（视客户群需求）
Able to communicate in English or Mandarin, depending on customer base
- 有新加坡 Class 3 驾照者优先考虑
Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an advantage
