**Responsibilities**
- Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Prepare adjusting journal entries and review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences
- Direct activities of personnel engaged in filing, recording, compiling, and transmitting financial records
- Prepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, automotive financial markets, analysis and reporting of financial data
- Experience in using MYOB is mandatory

**Other Requirements**
- Meticulous and able to think analytically
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Dependable and able to multi-task
- Singaporean, minimum proven 2 years of experience in the accounting industry

Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3500

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
