**Mission of the Position**:
The primary mission for the Assistant Centre Manager is to actively support and contribute to theoverall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working directly with the Centre Manager,the Assistant Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the established sales strategies andsystems. The focus will be on achieving business and revenue growth, elevating customersatisfaction levels, and enhancing employee satisfaction within the assigned centres.
The Assistant Centre Manager drives scalable sales initiatives aligned with divisional goals, fosteringa positive environment through proactive collaboration. Primary responsibilities involve driving salesand event management, overseeing day-to-day operations, executing training programs, andproviding mentorship to staff. Tasked with optimizing strategies to meet and exceed set goals. TheAssistant Centre Manager actively contributes to performance enhancement initiatives, coordinatingevents and marketing campaigns to maximize growth productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and develop motion graphics concepts, storyboards, and animatics that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing animations, infographics, character animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Rive, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
- Integrate motion graphics elements seamlessly with live-action footage, and other visual assets to create cohesive and compelling content.
- Ensure that motion graphics content is optimized for various platforms and formats, including broadcast, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team, including designers, animators, and editors, to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

**Hiring Criteria**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Matte Painting Background Artist or similar role in the film, television, animation, or gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing original world concepts and background paintings.
- Proficiency in digital painting software such as Adobe Photoshop, ClipStudio, Procreate, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, perspective, and composition.
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create enchanting and magical environments suitable for children's AAA mobile games.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Passion for gaming, storytelling, and creating immersive experiences for young audiences.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Animation, Game Design or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications or training courses in digital painting and concept art may be advantageous.
- Any awards or recognition in digital painting, concept art, or related areas would be highly regarded.
