We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join the Heineken® Commercial Development Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial strategy and business development across diverse markets in the APAC region. The intern will work closely with our Commercial development team and brand teams across the region to support various initiatives and projects.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Support in developing and deploying below-the-line (BTL) activities across markets in the APAC region.
- Assist the Commercial Development team in compiling and analysing market data and volume trends across APAC markets.
- Liaise with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams across markets to gather updates and monitor progress in each respective market.
- Support the team in compiling and preparing periodic presentations and reports.
- Manage the POSM (Point of Sale Materials) order process, liaising closely with markets in the region to ensure timely submissions to the Heineken® Merchandise Shop.
- Plan and track monthly APAC meetings, documenting actions and ensuring follow-up to achieve completion.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams across markets to organies upcoming market visits for the Heineken® APAC team, handling agendas, logistics, and related arrangements.
- Manage end-to-end PR/PO creation and payment processes for all vendors involved in brand activities.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary to facilitate smooth operations.

**Individual whom we are looking for**:

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or any related field
- Previous professional marketing experience would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environement
- Proficciency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
