**What you'll do**:

- Carrying out all procurement processes including sourcing, generating of PO, processing payment and arranging delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods both local and oversea shipment **(primary focus in machinery / fixed asset)**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarder to ensure timely delivery
- Helping to identify opportunities to optimise costs and performance
- Planning and managing inventory level of stock
- Coordinate with Local Ops team in tracking fixed asset movement and updating the database accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Operation team to monitor and support stores on a daily basis
- Coordinate with APAC team to report local issues on a weekly basis for escalation
- Performed any duties/projects as assigned

**Who you are**:

- Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sourcing, and supply management
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Good command in excel and data analysis
- Have experience in F&B is plus
- Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and positive decision making
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player with high degree of self-confidence, responsibility and integrity
- Ability to do multitask and work well under high pressure
