**Senior Site Supervisor**

**Job Description**:

- Assist Construction Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site.
- Assist Construction Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
- Support Project Manager / Site Manager in the volume business through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project Programming.
- Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
- Manage site activities and contractors at work site.
- Preparation of construction schedule, monitoring of production and subcontractor’s work progress.
- Able to handle with technical method statement (Civil Engineering).
- Cost control measures & wastage control.
- Attending of site progress meeting.
- To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
- Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site. Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.

**Qualifications**:
BCSS or relevant construction certification

More than 8 years working experience in Civil Engineering construction especially in sewer/drainage works.

6 days work week

**Requirements**:
Minimum 8 years working experiences in Civil Engineering preferably in sewer (PUB/HDB) projects is advantageous.
