**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for Analysis, Design, Technical Specification and Development for credit cards system software enhancements or new projects in accordance to users' provision.
- Maintain and enhance existing COBOL programs to improve performance and address business needs.
- Ensure all development work complies with banking industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform and support SIT and UAT for the enhancements that being developed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new and existing systems.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in COBOL development within the banking industry.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly with credit card systems, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies, including JCL, CICS, DB2, and etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team a fast-paced environment.
