**Resource Solutions and the Client**

We have worked in partnership with our clients supplying recruitment services globally since 2007. Our consultative service focuses on partnering with our clients at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers.

Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in Asia.
- Permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment across all levels and business areas (RPO and MSP)
- Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience

**About the Role**

Dedicated team responsible for promoting and managing Internal Mobility across the regions, including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia:

- Working to support internal and international initiatives with respect to internal mobility
- Ensuring that all policies and guidelines with respect to internal moves are followed, validating the eligibility of internal applicants
- Paper and phone screening internal, referred applicants from existing employees and recruitment agencies
- Supporting the clients redeployment program’s where required

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the internal recruitment process and working closely with the client’s internal mobility specialists in making sure that internal mobility is an attractive proposition for the business
- Ensuring that internal policies and guidelines with respect to internal moves and promotions are followed, validating the eligibility of internal applicants
- Working with Recruitment Partners to promote and cultivate internal applicants for roles wherever possible
- Working to support internal and international initiatives with respect to internal mobility
- Working with the Resourcing Partners to ensure all roles are promoted internally according to the Client’s policy
- Proactively identifying and creating internal talent pools based on established internal mobility preferences.
- Managing the hiring of client employees based in other regions and provide guidance on the relocation / transfer processes
- Working with Resourcing Partners to promote and cultivate internal applicants for roles wherever possible, making maximum use of the internal only period for vacancies
- Working with the Client’s Recruitment Business Partners in order to promote internal mobility through career forums and other events, develop specific promotional material for business areas and locations
- Managing any redeployment programs, ensuring redeployees are provided with an exemplary service and are considered for any suitable roles internally
- Gaining a strong understanding of the RS Remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
- Meeting all SLAs pertaining to the role
- Ad hoc projects as required

**Essential Requirements**
- Banking, Financial Services or Professional Services experience highly desirable
- Experience managing internal relationship to deliver a business outcome
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Flexible character, detail minded, and compliance driven
- Ability to manage client relationships and objectives whilst balancing the Resource Solutions overall goals and objectives
- Ability to proactively analyze and identify issues and engage the right stakeholders to resolve
- Experience with behaviour and/or competency-based interview techniques
