**Job Overview**:
The Senior Operations Manager (Online Platform(s)) is responsible for developing, executing, and supervising the operational strategies and activities of all the company's online websites/platforms. This role encompasses managing teams, optimizing operational processes, enhancing user experience, devising marketing plans, and collaborating across departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the company's online operations strategy to achieve business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage and lead the internet operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of internet platforms to ensure the best possible user experience.
- Analyze data and trends, provide operational reports and insights to support decision-making and business optimization.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including social media, content marketing, search engine optimization, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the product team to drive product features and improvements to meet user needs and enhance platform value.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of operational processes. Track industry developments and competitor dynamics, develop response strategies, and action plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as marketing, business management, computer science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in internet operations management, with team management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with internet industry trends, with excellent market insights and business acumen.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Innovative thinking and adaptability to change, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with common internet operations tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.
