**Job Title: Admin Assistant**

**Salary Range: $1800 - $2800**

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking an Admin Assistant who will be responsible for order processing, purchasing, invoicing, and general office administrative support. Other responsibilities include:

- Liaising with suppliers/couriers on delivery matters and installations.
- Coordinating with customers on delivery schedules and updating delivery status.
- Generating weekly reports (delivery tracking list) and updating record of suppliers list.
- Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties from time to time, as and when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Independent, resourceful, and a good team player
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy, and willing to learn
- Short notice or able to start work immediately
- **Proficiency in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients**
