**Job description for SAP IBP SME
- **
- Possess good understanding of business needs and leading thoughtful design discussions around meeting those business needs in a standard manner fully leveraging SAP product capabilities and Models.
- Possess good understanding of Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (including production planning and scheduling), Inventory Optimization, Supply and Response, Supply tower and IBP business processes and provide the technology to support these processes.
- Be able to provide best fit solution to design production planning and scheduling process, based on standard SAP IBP functionality. However, where necessary, customizing to fulfill the needs of the business should be also explored.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IBP functionalities, including experience implementing allocation, and availability.
- Provide overall architecture recommendations and Provide best practices in IBP on Time Profiles / Dashboards / Analytics / What if -else Methodology /Templet creation / Planning level creation / Aggregation / Disaggregation / Import software etc.
- Good to have prior S4 HANA functional PP/QM and APO expertise.
- Have Technical leadership experience in architecting and collaborating with business process architect groups to develop efficient technical solutions in the areas of IBP and S&OP
- Hands-on experience on using Cloud Integration - Data Services (CI-DS) to load full Product master data from S/4HANA to IBP with custom Generic Extractor.
- Possess good knowledge on the Demand Planning, S&OP in SAP IBP such as extending the principles of S&OP throughout the supply chain, product and customer portfolios, customer demand and strategic planning, to deliver one seamless management process for a big organization.
- Hands-on experience on Variant Configuration Planner, customer demand planning for configurable products, Enable S&OP for Configurable Products, process to increase on order fulfillments, Characteristics based planning, Generate Optimal and feasible material schedule for assemblies.
- With Min. 10+ years of experience in SAP and S/4HANA IBP, be aware of multilevel IBP design and Strong integration knowledge CI-DS with APO, ECC and HANA and Process Industry expertise.
- Any workable knowledge on Variant Configuration, Engineer to Order (ETO) process would be big advantage.
