**Singapore - IT Systems and Network Administrator - Regional Support Asia**:
**IT SYSTEMS & NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR - REGIONAL SUPPORT (SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA)**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT**Systems**& Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and configure Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS environments.
- Maintain and support Windows servers, Citrix, and SharePoint platforms.
- Oversee network administration and ensure uptime across regional offices.
- Manage PBX systems and ensure reliable communication infrastructure.
- Perform and monitor daily backup operations and disaster recovery readiness.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software for end-users.
- Log and manage support tickets efficiently.
- Track IT assets, manage warranties, and ensure software licensing compliance.
- Handle procurement of IT equipment and liaise with vendors for specialized support.
- Provide in-house software support and conduct user training sessions.
- Support CCTV, Access Control, and Air Conditioning systems.
- Coordinate stocktake operations using barcode scanning tools.
- Provide remote and on-site support for KL operations and other Asia-based offices.
- Take on ad-hoc IT duties as required.
- Report to Group Head of IT in Australia

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT systems and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and regional responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Experience Level: 1 - 2
