**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
- Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
- Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

**Other Requirements**
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
