- Demonstrates leadership towards group members
- Works effectively, optimises resources, motivate and monitor group members
- Co-operate with others, maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
- Manage, train and develop Therapists and Consultants
- Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel

- 3 years experience as a Hair or Beauty Manager
- Passionate in hair industry and willing to serve customer sincerely and whole-heartedly
- Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
- Cheerful, outgoing personality and self-driven
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
