- Develop deep understanding of the Fintech market through customer surveys, and competitor analysis-

- Manage product backlog by ensuring prioritization based on overall strategy, stakeholder requirements, and availability of time and budget.-
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from planning and execution to sprint reviews.-
- Work with development teams to refine and improve processes.-
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at all stages.-
- Ensure sprint progress reporting and quality assurance of final products prior to go-live-
- Assume maintenance ownership of the platform, including monitoring of performance and availability.-
- Support with timely resolution of user queries or escalations and help deliver necessary process improvements.-
