**Requirements**:
Must be fluent in CNC, Auto-cad, HyperMill, MasterCam, UGNX, designing and programming, etc.

Must be able to plan and allocate jobs and task.

Looking for self directed personnel that can finish the task within a given time.

This position operates in both an office and a plant environment. Will work on programs in office. In Plant, will have to endure heat, noise and various other elements while wearing proper PPE. Each team member will be expected to follow all safety guidelines in every working environment.

Summary:
Accountable for programming, process evaluation, and setting up the CNC production process. To help company increase sustainability, lower costs, and create best practices for the production process. ensuring that the relevant machinery and storage are updated with the latest process drawings and programming.

Job Scope:
Create and prepare CNC machine programs

Analyze and enhance production system procedures.

Keep manufacturing systems trustworthy and secure while enhancing output, efficiency, yields, prices, and changeovers.

Increase production volume and process capacity while preserving and raising quality standards.

Get samples ready for FAI.

Create systems that can be put into place that optimize every stage of the production process.

Assemble, catalog, and transcrib data and make recommendations for incident investigations.

Create a productive and affordable production process by collaborating with equipment designers and manufacturing executives.

Purchase and do some research on new manufacturing technology.

Must be able to organize tasks and jobs.

Ability to prepare quotes is required

must be familiar with ISO & AS procedures and documentation.
