**Position Objective**:
To support the Accountant in the day-to-day aspect of Finance work.Job Responsibilities:
Prepare vendor, inter-company invoices and payments and refunds on a timely basis.
Review sales and receipts from operations.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and related GL entries for monthly closing.
Handle issuance of AR invoices and Sub-Tenant arrears as necessary.
Liaise with external auditor and tax agents to provide necessary documentations.
Perform annual stock and asset count.
Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Key Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting field.
Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
Meticulous and attention to details.
Possess a good working attitude and able to be independent as well as function as a team player.
Able to meet tight schedules, deadlines and work under pressure.
Able to handle high volume of transactions, detailed and manual data entry work.
Proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel.
Driven, Resilient and Adaptable to changes.
