**Role Purpose**:
RSA technicians to attend and provide basic diagnostic and repairs for stranded motorists with their vehicles breakdowns.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
The basic diagnostic procedures and repairs as listed below.
- Jump Start and battery replacement.
- Spare wheel replacement.
- Fuel delivery.
- Dis-engage lock on vehicle such as releasing gear and parking brake.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or/ manager as when and required.
- MLVK Qualification /Certificate / Diploma In Automotive Engineering with 1 year working experience at Authorized Service Centre, Independent Workshops or Roadside Assistance Company ,or
- 1 to 2 years working experience at Authorized Service Centre, Independent Workshops or Roadside Assistance Company
- Possess valid Driving License
- Attending breakdown using Company car or Pick-up truck
- Required to work on rotating shift morning, night, weekends and public holidays
- Must able to communicate well in English.
- Good communication skills and customer oriented person.
