**Responsibilities**:
- Timely execution of MRP supply, forecast and exception report to suppliers, ensure supplier delivery commitment meet production requirement.
- Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to meet production needs.
- Manage and resolve quality notification, change request, supplier returns, good receipts and invoice discrepancies in timely manner.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to procedures.
- Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- A good team player
