Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management - Authentication

Overview:
The Mastercard Authentication Program supports consumer authentication for both in-store and e-commerce flows. The primary objective of this role is to commercialize, manage and deliver best-in-class authentication products for identified set of customer profiles.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the product management & execution of go-to-market plans to drive the business defined Key Performance Indicators
- Lead with data backed insights for improvement in authentication adoption & usage of Multi Factor Authentication flows
- Monitoring product’s revenue, profitability and other key performance indicators and accountable for ensuring that established revenue targets are met.
- Responsible for working with cross functional teams to establish integrated plans across prioritized markets & customers.
- Collaboration with Global Product teams on market specific requirements based on customer feedback and defined business case
- Responsible for working with Product Marketing & Communications Teams to deliver a simplified and compelling narrative.

- Experienced in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling data-driven solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and making data-backed decisions.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful products that drive business value.
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in payments and / or retail banking
- Skilled at management reporting and gathering insights from granular data to influence decision making
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
