**Job Description**:

- Manage the Rope Access Team and Projects as Rope Access Level 3.
- Assist with the maintenance of the Company’s rope access work procedures, Risk Assessment, in line with the IRATA ICOP
- Carry out works requiring Rope Access skillsets on Roof, Façade and Window resealant,including Cleaning, Painting and Waterproofing.
- Conducts physical inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and IRATA equipment to ensure that they are valid and fit for use
- Evaluate detailed work instructions issued and highlight any risks for effective mitigation
- Conducts Toolbox briefing before start of work and highlight any safety concerns
- Ensure work activities do not disrupt venue operation or public activities
- Prepare and submit Service / Work Reports within specified time
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related Rope Access field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): driver license, site co-ordination, lead workers

**Requirements**:

- Working at Height trained and MOM Certificates required. (Eg. BCSS, CSOC)
- Must hold Industrial Rope Access Training (Level 3) Qualification for at least 3 years
- Experience in Façade and Roof Cleaning and/or Repair & Waterproofing Works
- Experience in in Façade / Roof Truss Painting
