**IT Specialist - K2 Developer (Contract)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain K2 Five workflows, SmartObjects, and SmartForms involving in the full life cycle of project, start from requirement gathering to support after go-live.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders of various departments to execute workflow projects to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with REST APIs and other integration points to connect K2 with external systems and AI services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Cloud AI).
- Participate in code reviews, solution architecture discussions, and deployment planning.
- Monitor and optimize workflow performance and user experience.
- Maintain documentation such as Functional Spec, Design Spec, UAT Test Case, version control, and best practices for both K2 and AI-enabled components.
- Stay current with K2 platform updates and AI advancements to continuously improve solutions.
- Responsible for the project schedules and providing regular progress report and status to project stakeholders as well as manage risk and related queries.
- Driving the adoption of standards and governance to ensure K2 platform remains stable, reliable, and secure for all users.
- Experienced with in a server-based environment and possess good knowledge of upgrading K2 version, configuring/administering K2 Web Server, K2 App Server, K2 DB Server and IIS Server.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a recognized diploma or degree holder with at least 3 years of K2 (K2 Form, K2 Workflow) implementation experiences.
- Has knowledge and working experience with K2 Five, K2 Server Administration, Architecture and configuration of K2 environment.
- Database experience with strong SQL knowledge for manipulating data and relational database design.
- Proficiency in C#,.NET, and SQL Server.
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).
- Basic understanding or practical experience in AI/ML technologies or tools (e.g. Azure Cognitive Services, Python for ML, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs).
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as individually with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- K2 Certified professional is preferred. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) is a plus.
