**Job description**:

- **Provide administrative support for site personnel including site-related documentation and record management.**:

- **Administer transmittal documents, controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored and hard copy project documentation.**:

- **Ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are submitted to the appropriate parties.**:

- **Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.**:

- **Plan and organize internal and external meetings.**:

- **Coordinate with various project stakeholders including clients, supervisors, project staff and main office.**:

- **Manage and maintain site office inventory & pantry supplies.**:

- **Organise site events such as catering for safety campaigns.**:

- **Other ad-hoc duties assigned.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably in Construction/Civil industry.**:

- **NITEC or Diploma in Business/Engineering or other relevant qualifications.**:

- **Proficient in English in writing and good communication skills.**:

- **Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.**:

- **Able to work independently and is meticulous.**:

- **Be fully vaccinated and maintain the status of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as our company is in the construction sector unless they are medically ineligible for both MRA & non-MRA vaccines.**
