**Job Description Summary**: You will assist Lean Specialists/Engineers/Facilitators to observe processes per Lean Standard Work requirement, and update Value Stream Maps(VSM) to promote a Continuous Improvement culture in the organization, thereby achieving productivity year over year.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and observe processes that lies in the critical path or constraint and bottleneck operations in a specific product
- Assist Lean Specialists/Engineers/Facilitators in implementing applicable Lean tools to the Business Unit
- Prepare and update Kaizen projects, using the official Kaizen template
- Influence and train other Process Technicians in adopting a Kaizen mindset to eliminate Non-Value Added steps in the production processes

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- ITE/Diploma or GCE O Level (Science/Technical) or equivalent; and/or
- 5+ years of work experience
