Financial Planning and Analysis Associate

**The Role**
As part of the Reporting Team, the Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will be assisting the manager in gathering insights and information across departments, analysing information and assumption with the aim of assessing and forecasting performance, capex decisions, and administering the budgeting exercise for the Group.
The Associate will also be preparing key reports for monthly updates to management and investors.
- Responsible for monthly consolidation and management reports to various stakeholders;
- Responsible for weekly group cash flow forecast;
- Responsible for monthly budget variance analysis reports for overhead costs and project costs;
- Assists in preparation of annual consolidated _budgets_ and financial forecasting;
- Responsible for year-end consolidated financial statements
- Responsible for Audit Committee meeting materials;
- Any other ad-hoc duties
**Job Requirements**:
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in an analytical role with working knowledge of accounting principles
- Possess Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
- Familiar with local and international financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills, proactive and ability to manage priorities
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, Meticulous, organized with a good working attitude and initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in liaising across departments
